Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $7.95
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150
Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier workload and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or local post office. If the package is still not located after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some of our products may be temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we may include cold packs in shipments at no additional cost to maintain product integrity. We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
